史蒂夫·贝瑞卡 Steve Barakatt是一位来自加拿大的法裔钢琴家，被誉为“浪漫钢琴情人”，同时又是一位作曲家、音乐制作和歌唱家，名下有数百个享誉国际的艺术工程。
史蒂夫·贝瑞卡 Steve Barakatt于1973年5月17日出生于一个音乐爱好者世家，年仅四岁的他便痴迷音乐，由此开始了他的钢琴学习。随后的10年里，他一直学习古典音乐，之后转向爵士。早期的史蒂夫热衷于一些富有挑战的音乐实践，其中包括担任魁北克交响乐团的客座独奏，那时的他年仅13岁,并发行首张个人钢琴演奏专辑，位列加拿大畅销专辑前20名，并雄踞欧美各大排行榜数周，创下专辑百万销量的神话，也因此被公认为天才少年。到了16岁，史蒂夫渐渐迷恋上创作、编曲和演出。他不断吸取实用的新技法，不久便掌握了所有音乐程序设计的精髓，这使得享有盛名的日本Roland公司于1992年在加州阿纳海姆市的美国国际乐器展会上，邀请史蒂夫展示Roland公司的新产品。
