这首歌曲的作者BANNERS曾经患有抑郁症，所以他借助当时的灵感创作了这首《Ghosts》（幽灵）。他的歌声空灵澄澈，倾听时还可以体会到演唱者的孤独悲哀的心境，令人心酸又感动。

英国创作歌手BANNERS，原名Michael Joseph Nelson。他是在利物浦大教堂合唱团长大的，在他决定开始独唱事业之前，他跟着合唱团在欧洲各地演出。
