叶倩文，女，1961年9月30日出生于台湾省台北市，中国香港女歌手、影视演员。
1980年以专辑《春天的浮雕》在歌坛出道。1984年凭借粤语歌曲《零时十分》成名。1990年起连续四届夺得十大劲歌金曲最受欢迎女歌星。1994年凭借专辑《明月心》获得第五届台湾金曲奖最佳国语女演唱人。1996年在春晚上演唱歌曲《我的爱对你说》。1997年宣布淡出歌坛。2002年重出歌坛并推出专辑《你听到》。2010年受颁十大中文金曲最高荣誉金针奖。
叶倩文是一位实力派歌手，她演唱过《潇洒走一回》、《祝福》、《焚心似火》等经典歌曲。在乐坛多年，她赢得了不少奖项，嫁给林子祥后有了幸福的家庭。
